Movement: Rectangular plates joined by five ringed knopped pillars, anchor escapement, striking the hour on a bell by means of an inside countwheel, two brass clad weights
 

Dial: 12-inch square brass, cherub and vine spandrels, silvered roman chapter ring with sword hilt half hour marks enclosing silvered seconds dial, ringed winding holes and date aperture within scroll surround in the matted center, pierced hands
 

Case: Flat top, pediment pierced with sound fret supported by plain ebonized columns, long door with three panels of bird and flower marquetry and aperture within brass bezel, similarly inlaid plinth with later skirting and bun feet

Height 86.5"

 

Condition: Some damaged to the case, particularly to the trunk door (damage not shown in first photos).  Door pulled off of hinges.
